Participants who participate in the Khidmat Imigran Program can enjoy various benefits provided. The Foreigner Information Card received is a sign that the participant has participated in the program.

The function of this card is to facilitate the initial process of identifying the participant's identity before further identity verification is carried out by the competent authorities.

Please be informed that the Foreigner Information Card issued by the Khidmat Imigran cannot be a substitute for any employment document * (NOT AN IMMUNITY CARD). * All foreigners residing in Malaysia are subject to the laws of Malaysia.

The function of this card is to facilitate the initial process of identifying the participant's identity before further identity verification is carried out by the competent authorities.

Khidmat Imigran is also subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA Act 2010).

The cardholder is entitled to four (4) benefits provided.

  1. Visa Prepaid Card
  2. Death and Disability Compensation Scheme
  3. Foreign Data Center
  4. Counseling Services for Immigrant issues

To ease the cardholder for getting basic necessities such as a medical checkup, dealings with respective embassies and other related matters.

This card is as a sign that the participant has register with the Khidmat Imigran Program and as one of the initial self -identification and not an invulnerable card.

Passports and documents of origin country are still required for the returning process. Khidmat Imigran can only assist in terms of self -authentication of participants if necessary to process the relevant documentation.

Khidmat Imigran Program is categorized into 2 packages:

  1. RM500.00 for individual 18 and above
  2. RM400.00 for individual below 18

Khidmat Imigran Program is established to provide services based on the community and humanity of foreigners lived in Malaysia and serves as a referral center for participants, embassies and related government agencies.

Khidmat Imigran Program serves as a liaison between foreigners, embassies and Government bodies to help resolve various issues involving foreigners in Malaysia.

Counseling Services means to provide advice and help participants find solutions to the problems they face and ensure that the solutions comply with the existing laws of Malaysia.

This is to help participants solve problems in terms of documentation and ensure that the documents are channeled to the right channels through the authorities so that there is no element of exploitation or to prevent participants from getting caught up in fraud.

However, Khidmat Imigran does not process or manage applications for any government-related documents or services or supply manpower to any employer.

In the event of a death of a foreigner/participant, the next of kin will be contacted by the Khidmat Imigran to obtain confirmation before the management and burial process is done in Malaysia.

The remains will be managed after documentation and confirmation is received from the heirs. All costs of management and repatriation to the country of origin will be borne by the Khidmat Imigran. *Subject to the terms and conditions*

Only participants who registered with Khidmat Imigran Program are eligible to make a claim in the event of an accident to themselves.

Claims can be made to the Khidmat Imigran subject to terms and conditions.

The card is printed only once. However, if you need to update the information on the card or want to reprint it, damaged or lost, please let us know and you will be charged RM50.00.

A little info, the date on the Foreigner Information Card is the date of the card was printed and it can be used for the rest of your life. All that needs to be renewed is the DEATH AND DISABILITY COMPENSATION SCHEME where you will receive a new CERTIFICATE each time you renew the scheme
